Do you have a delivery fee?
Yes, our delivery fee is $40 + 20% of your total grocery bill  ($50+20% for Incline Village & Homewood). The fee accounts for our time shopping, transporting/storing, unpacking, and stocking your kitchen.

What if I cannot find certain products listed in your aisles?
No need to worry, go ahead and submit your order! After your order has been submitted, either call or email us a list of additional products you wish to add. We will be sure to do everything we can to fulfill all of your needs.  Note that we shop at local Safeway stores, so any products you find in your local grocery store should be available at our local Safeway.

What if I prefer to type out my own list?

Where do you deliver to?
TahoeToYourDoor covers most of the North Lake Tahoe area including ski resorts Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, and Diamond Peak. Please see our coverage map to determine whether you are within our delivery boundaries.

Is there a minimum order?
There in no minimum order size or quantity.  The standard delivery fee will be applicable to any order not dependent on size.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you email or call TahoeToYourDoor within 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If proper notice is not given, your credit card is subject to be charged the $40 or $50 delivery fee plus any re-stocking fees at the supermarket.

When will my order be delivered?
With cooperation from your property management company and hospitality agents, we typically will have your order delivered and stocked in your kitchen prior to your arrival. However, if we cannot gain entrance to your destination prior to arrival, we will call and schedule a time to deliver your groceries whenever it is most  convenient for you.
